Wellbeing Workshops
Life can bring us lots of concerns and worries, especially at the moment. If anxiety, low mood or stress is getting on top of you then we are currently running free 1hr introductory Wellbeing workshops on a Monday morning.
To join one of these workshops please get in touch with us through our Wellbeing workshops enquiry form.
We are a local charity and welcome any support you are able to give us. You can help by donating, by volunteering, or simply by recommending us.
Find out how you can help.
You can also support us by becoming a Friend of Citizens Advice Reading and joining a fun group of people wanting to give something back to their community. The Friends organise events, quizzes, raffles, bake sales, you name it and have a lot of fun along the way! You can get involved as much or as little as you want. If you are on Facebook, add yourself to the group. If not, you can email the Friends at friends@citizensadvicereading.org to find out what’s going on.
